3 Years Old El Oro Del Diablo
Nose: The nose is discreet on opening, but reveals subtle notes of candied orange and a hint of caramel, evolving towards warm tropical spices (clove, turmeric and vanilla). Taste: The palate is balanced and the aromatic development is clear. Orange peel, marzipan and warm spices come together for a smooth entry.

6 Years old La Reserva Del Diablo
Nose: Subtle intensity of alcoholic notes, with the sweet browning of the vanilla taking the lead. Citrus fruits, green apple and wood. Taste: Round, with notes of vanilla, warm spices, citrus, wood and a hint of leather.

9 Years Old Rodrigo's
Nose: Subtle intensity with alcoholic notes that soften the sweet tannins, dominated by vanilla. Citrus fruits, green apple, wood. Taste: Wood tones that strongly temper the vanilla coming through on the nose. Round, with sweet spices, citrus notes, fine wood and light leather.

12 Years Old La recompensa Del Tiempo
Nose: Warm and imposing. This rum evokes exuberant, powerful aromas of dried exotic fruit, caramelised apple and pear, bitter orange peel, cocoa and sweet tobacco. Taste: A palate of penetrating, delightfully fragrant liquorice, warm spices (cinnamon, vanilla, rhubarb), herbaceous notes (artichoke), cocoa, citrus, toasted wood and balanced tannins.

12 Years old Chianti Barrel Finish
Nose: The scent of violets provides a floral hint that harmonises beautifully with the ripe sweetness of black cherries and red plums. Taste: Notes of roasted coffee beans come forward, providing a rich, slightly bitter undertone that complements the rum's inherent sweetness. Alongside the coffee, a touch of toasted wood adds a smoky, almost savoury quality that underlines the influence of the Chianti casks.

15 Years old Reserva de Bodega
Nose: Intense and fragrant. This rum presents an eclectic bouquet with warm notes of fruit compote, mandarin peel, toffee and pipe smoke. Taste: The palate is characterised by a broad, gastronomic presence, with intense notes of citrus and candied fruit, as well as lighter notes of aniseed and black pepper.
